I went there for my birthday.
But ended up experiencing trashes all over the places including the discarded diapers in the shower area. So I raised the issue with attendant, who then only took away the diaper.
But this crazy hotel asked me to give me a photo, claiming that they cannot trust anything on my words alone. This is the level of service you can expect from 5 star hotel.
Seriously all over the world, poor and uneducated people all exhibit the same behaviour it is almost funny. Intrusive, neglectful and deceptive, knowing nothing but money, making others suffer and their own feelings. If they are told to do their job correctly, their almighty feelings get hurt and then they aim to revenge.
Hospitality industry has not suffered enough from the COVID.
